Aquí un poco del proceso y sus alcances.
A few months ago someone gifted me a friendly and useful “starter linocut kit”, with gouges, roller, ink, and linoleum for carving.
Until then I hadn’t had the opportunity to approach this technique, and well, let's try and see what happens!
Here's a bit of the process and its scope.
Use unos sketches que tenía en mi cuaderno de dibujo; los digitalicé para limpiar la forma y la línea.
Trate de ser concisa en ello, ya que así me ayudaría a tener figuras más precisas y no tan complejas -ajustando la dificultad para esta primera vez! :) -.
I used some sketches that I had in my sketchbook; I digitized them to clean up the shape and line.
Try to be concise about it, since that would help me to have more precise and not-so-complex figures -adjusting the difficulty for this first time! :) -.
Luego de haber traspasado todas las figuras al linóleo, a tallar a tallar!
After having transferred all the figures to linoleum, let's carve to carve!
